Analytical Approaches was and outstanding class that I would recommend for all officers and future chief officers. It opened my mind to a whole different aspect of the fire service. Using Safety Training & Development’s online platform gave great direction and was easy to use. Expectation were clearly stated. Thank you Matt for a great class!
